Global Experience
Blueprint can meet your needs for customer research beyond the US market. We have extensive experience of conducting customer- and user-needs research and usability testing in many different countries and cultures.
We know the pitfalls and how to avoid them.
Doing user research overseas
One-size does not fit all cultures when it comes to user needs and usability. We know that it can sometimes be tempting to forego user research overseas because of the challenging logistics involved. Language differences can create obvious difficulties, as can recruiting research participants, or finding usability test facilities.
However, if you have major markets overseas it is important that you have first hand exposure to the needs of these users, and that you are able to test for usability in the intended environment and culture.
One-Stop Shopping
Blueprint can help you extend your design research beyond the USA. Most recently we have completed a program of extensive user-focused research in Japan and Taiwan, with a second phase in Sweden, Italy, France and the United Kingdom, for a major packaging company.
We have experienced associates in Europe and in Asia-Pacific, and we are able to connect to a network of usability labs and research facilities from New York to Shanghai and from Los Angeles to London.
We have first-hand experience of customer research, usability testing, and interface design in these countries:
- China
- France
- Germany
- Hong Kong
- Italy
- Japan
- Korea
- Poland
- Singapore
- Sweden
- Taiwan
- United Kingdom
- United States
