What you get

We give you a detailed report that typically runs from 20-40 pages. All feedback is specific, unbiased, and solution-oriented. Our executive summary shows 'at-a-glance' strengths and weaknesses of the product.

We give your product or system an overall usability score and a set of usability metrics so you can get a baseline measure of your usability - and we provide practical solutions to any usability problems that we find.

We prioritize the problems according to their impact on users, so you know which ones to fix first, and we illustrate many of the problems with screen shots or photographs to help you understand the problem from the user’s perspective.
