Designers, engineers and project leaders sometimes just want to be able to pick up the phone and get some immediate, independent, expert usability support, advice or direction. Now you can do just that. If you do not have in-house usability staff, but need a usability expert from time to time, we can help you plug the gap.
Here's how it works ...
Our usability support package gives you access to a highly qualified and experienced Blueprint consultant who you can contact by email or phone. If for some reason your named consultant isn't available, you'll get backup support from our team.
Our usability support package is flexible, which means you can ask your consultant to work on a problem for anything from 30 minutes to several hours. Here are some examples of the kinds of work we can do to support you:
- Write a usability test plan
- Assess a product’s ergonomics
- Review a design
- Analyze data from a research study
- Prepare a test participant screener
- Help resolve design disputes
- Create user personas based on your own research data

If you need on-site support we can work at your facility. We can join your team for one or two days, or for one or two months, depending on your needs.
